  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • If the chicken breasts are thick, slice them in half horizontally or gently pound them with a meat mallet to ensure even cooking.

Make the Coating

  • In a bowl, mix sour cream, Italian seasoning, paprika, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of salt.
  • In another bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers and breadcrumbs.

Coat the Chicken

  • Dip each chicken breast into the sour cream mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.
  • After adding the sour cream mixture to the chicken, let the chicken sit in the mixture for about 20 minutes.
  • Press the coated chicken into the cracker mixture, covering all sides evenly.

Cook the Chicken

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the coated chicken and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Transfer the cooked chicken to a plate and tent loosely with foil.

Make the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, melt the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter over low heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Stir in the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce, whisking until smooth.
  • Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
  • Stir in the chopped parsley and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

Combine & Enjoy
