Prep Produce
Dice the tomatoes and red onion.
Cook & Season Beef
Cook 1 pound of ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning according to package instructions. Mix well.
Circle Your Tortilla
Place a tostada shell on a burrito tortilla and cut around it to create a matching-sized circle. Set aside the cut-out tortilla.
Assemble & Fry
