  • 1/2 cup Taco Sauce
  • 4 Large Burrito Tortillas
  • 4 Tostada Shells

  • 1 pound Ground Beef

Spices

  • 1 package Taco Seasoning

Instructions

Prep Produce

  • Dice the tomatoes and red onion.

Cook & Season Beef

  • Cook 1 pound of ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  • Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning according to package instructions. Mix well.

Circle Your Tortilla

  • Place a tostada shell on a burrito tortilla and cut around it to create a matching-sized circle. Set aside the cut-out tortilla.

Assemble & Fry

  • On a large burrito tortilla, layer the ingredients in the following order: ground beef, shredded cheese, tostada shell, sour cream, diced onion, diced tomato, taco sauce (optional), queso, and shredded lettuce.
  • Top with the cut-out tortilla circle.
  • Fold the edges of the large tortilla up and over the center, creating a sealed pocket.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and fry the Crunchwrap, seam side down, until golden brown. Flip and fry the other side.
