Instructions
Boil & Chill Eggs
Place 12 eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water by about an inch.
Bring water to a boil over high heat, then remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10-12 minutes.
Transfer eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool.
Peel Shell & Remove Yolk
Gently tap and roll the eggs on the counter to crack the shells, then peel.
Slice each egg in half and remove the yolks, setting the whites aside.
Mash & Mix Yolk
Mash the yolks in a bowl until smooth.
Add 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup Dijon mustard, 1/2 cup relish, 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp smoked paprika, and 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper.
Mix thoroughly until well blended. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
Fill Egg Whites
Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon, piping bag, or plastic bag with a corner cut off.

Sprinkle with additional smoked paprika if desired.
