Meatloaf Cordon Bleu combines classic meatloaf with the flavors of Chicken Cordon Bleu. Ground meats are stuffed with ham and Swiss cheese, then topped with a sweet and tangy glaze.

Produce 1 onion 2 cloves of garlic Refrigerated 1/2 pound Swiss Cheese 1 tbsp butter 1 egg 1/4 cup milk Grocery 1 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1/2 oz ketchup 8 oz tomato sauce 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard Meat 2 pounds ground beef 1/2 pound ham off the bone Spices 2 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp brown sugar
Mix Meat Dice the onion and combine with ground beef, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
Mix thoroughly using your hands until evenly combined.
Layer & Roll Meat Lay the meat mixture flat on a piece of plastic wrap or parchment paper.
Place thin slices of ham and shredded Swiss cheese on top, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
Roll the meat mixture into a tight cylinder, sealing the edges.
Transfer to a baking dish or loaf pan, seam side down.
Brush & Bake Meatloaf After baking the meatloaf for 30 minutes at 350°F, brush the glaze mixture on top.
Continue baking for another 30 minutes. Optionally, reapply glaze after the first 15 minutes for a richer flavor

Allow the meatloaf to rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
