Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

Crush Cereal

  • Pour 2 cups of Froot Loops into a zip-lock bag and close it.
  • Use a rolling pin to gently crush them to a rough consistency.
  • Spread the crushed Froot Loops out on a plate.

Make Egg Mixture

  • Crack four large eggs into a bowl.
  • Add 1/2 cup of whole milk, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp of ground nutmeg, and 1/4 tsp of salt.
  • Stir until well mixed.

Coat Bread

  • Dip each slice of brioche bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
  • Press each side of the bread into the crushed Froot Loops, ensuring even coverage.

Cook Bread

  • Heat a pan on medium heat and add butter.
  • When the butter starts to bubble, place the coated bread slices in the pan.
  • Cook each side until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Flip carefully to keep the Froot Loops crust intact.
